Product Returning

You are entitled to a refund without reason in seven days since the day you receive the product.
You may contact our customer service staff by calling the service hotline 400 862 1112.
Customer’s payment will be refunded to the account corresponding to the order in seven working days since the day the returned product is received.

Detailed provisions
  • The commitment of 7 Days Refund without Reason only applies to the products sold on websites certified by Fastwheel.
  • The commitment of 7 Days Refund without Reason is invalid in the following cases: loss of invoice, man-made damage, damaged guarantee and security label, damaged appearance, loss of spare parts, damaged and lost packing boxes (both carton and wooden box), or any factors that affect the second selling like the accumulative riding mileage exceeding 50 kilometers etc.

Replacement and repair

If there are any problems with the performance in 15 days since the day the customer purchases the product, they can request replacement or repair.

  • The vehicle is entitled to a one year guarantee (battery, inner tube and tire not included).
    ④、The battery is guaranteed for six months, and the inner tube and the tire are guaranteed for a month.
    ⑤、The warranty period of products after replacement will be renewed from the day of such replacement.
    ⑥、Nanjing Fastwheel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. bears the express cost in replacement or repair for the machine or parts complying with the Three Guarantees Policy.
    ⑦、As for faulty products beyond warranty period and within the range of liability exemption, Nanjing Fastwheel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. provides life-long paid maintenance service, only charging the maintenance fee and transport cost.

  • The Three Guarantees Policy will not apply under, but not limited to, the following cases:
    ①、 Any damage caused by improper use and maintenance against the User’s Manual;
    ②、Products beyond the warranty period;
    ③、The warranty card and invoice are lost or incorrect;
    ④、The serial number or model number on the warranty card is found inconsistent with that of the physical product;
    ⑤、The product has been dismantled and repaired by someone not authorized by Nanjing Fastwheel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.;
    ⑥、Any damage to the product caused by human and unforeseen factors, such as mechanical damage, smashing, and severe oxidation etc.
    ⑦、 Damages caused by overloading, barrier-crossing (including but not limited to riding down the stairs, falling etc.) and maximal exercises;
    ⑧、Damages caused by transport, loading and unloading when the product is delivered to the factory for repair;
    ⑨、Appearance damages caused by usage;
    ⑩、Other faults or damages having nothing to do with the design, technique, manufacture and quality of the product itself;
  • Steps for replacement or repair(our company provides paid maintenance service for faulty products beyond the warranty period)
    ①、Customers may call 400 862 1112 for help, the after-sale service hotline of Nanjing Fastwheel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., or contact the dealer directly to ask for their assistance in handling the after-sale service steps.
    ②、Customers need to contact the dealer to deliver the product to the factory for repair. Our company will communicate the result and procedures directly with the dealer.
    ③、Nanjing Fastwheel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will inform customers of the analysis of causes, the liability, the maintenance costs (faulty products beyond the warranty period and within the range of liability exemption) and the deadline of repair in 3 working days since the faulty product is received.
    ④、 If customers have no objection to the causes, the liability, the costs and the deadline, Nanjing Kuailun Intelligent Technology co., Ltd. will repair the said product in 7 working days from the day both parties agree on the maintenance.
    ⑤、Customers asking for refund, replacement or repair need to send the product back together with the warranty card.
